This Privacy Policy explains how ORDRO ("we", "us") handles information when you use the ORDRO point-of-sale and order-management service (the "Service"). Businesses that use ORDRO are responsible for their own customers' data; this policy covers how the platform processes information on their behalf.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you register a business or are added as a staff member.
• Business data — the products, orders, customers, suppliers, expenses and settings you enter into the Service.
• Customer details — names, contact numbers and addresses that a business records to fulfil orders.
• Technical data — basic logs needed to operate the Service securely (e.g. timestamps and error information).

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the Service and your account.
• To process and display orders, inventory, payments recorded in the app, reports and loyalty balances.
• To keep the Service secure and to diagnose problems.

We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising in the Service.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting) and protected by access controls and row-level security so each business can only access its own data. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run ORDRO (hosting and database) and where required by law. Order-tracking links you choose to share expose only limited order-status information for that single order.

Your choices

• Access & export — you can download your business data from My account → Download my data.
• Deletion — an owner can delete the business and all its data from My account → Delete account. This is permanent.
• Corrections — you can edit your records at any time in the app.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
