Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your use of ORDRO (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you enter.
- Business owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create and the permissions they grant.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other businesses' data.
- You are responsible for complying with the tax, consumer-protection and data-protection laws that apply to your business.
Your data
You own the business and customer data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Payments recorded in the app
ORDRO records the payments, refunds and balances that you enter; it does not itself process card payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts recorded and for reconciling them with your actual takings.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that are used unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the ORDRO operator at the email shown on your invoices.
